You’ll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child. Key responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestone aligned programs Mentoring and supporting educators in their professional growth Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Observing, documenting, and supporting children’s development Skills & Experience We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about shaping a positive learning environment.
